This full body workout, is sure to get your heart pumping and muscles working. Using interval training and alternating between, cardio and strength moves, your whole body will get a workout, while burning calories and building strength. Full modifications will be given through-out, enabling you to keep it low impact should you choose, but still get the workout and results that you’re looking for.
This is 45 minute class will incorporate cardio & strength training with a functional focus. It will strengthen your core and improve your fitness level, so you can do the things you want to do in life?
